This isn’t your typical strawbana smoothie. The ingredients are a bit peculiar, but Corinne seems to have perfected the recipe, ensuring a creamy, smooth texture and blending of sweet and tangy flavors.
You could just blend up some strawberries and bananas with water, but we hope you give this bold smoothie a try (and like it as much as Corinne does)!
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 frozen ripe banana (see Frozen Bananas)
- 3 ripe strawberries
- 3 small pineapple chunks & a tablespoon of juice from the container
- vanilla almond milk (we used Silk Original Vanilla)
Directions
- Wash and cut strawberries; peel banana.
- Add strawberries, banana, frozen banana, pineapple chunks, pineapple juice to blender.
- Add just enough almond milk to cover the fruits in the blender.
- Blend until combined (about 30 seconds).
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
