Welcome to Two Running Foodies! Whether you stumbled here by accident or otherwise -we welcome you to explore our blog and learn a little about us!

Our names are Julia & Corinne and we are identical twins who eat together and run together. Throughout high school country and track, we shared many ups and downs with competition but soon realized the power our diets could have on performance.

We both love to run, and to run well, you need to fuel well. That means good-quality meals full of nutrients. And although we are twins, we realized that we have very different nutritional needs. And so, we’ve realized, does everyone else! It is important to understand your personal dietary deficits so you can capitalize on them with the recipes you choose. If you are unsure about what your body specifically needs, we believe it’s best to try to eat a varied diet to cover your nutritional bases, so-to-speak.

Our goals are to share healthy, and sometimes not-so-healthy recipes with you (because life is all about balance) and with it, provide some nutritional insight. Because when we can learn more about what we put into our bodies, and how it affects us, both negatively and positively, we realize the simple power changing our diet can have on our lives.

No matter what your nutritional goals are (or if you don’t have any at all), this blog is a great place to start learning! We hope you will enjoy our content and perhaps find some inspiration!
